About Us

We are a professional roofing company known for high‑quality workmanship, reliability, and a strong team culture. We work predominately in Worcester and the surrounding areas.

Overview
We are seeking a skilled roofer, with a minimum of five years experience, who can work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will take responsibility for completing roofing tasks to a high standard and ensuring junior staff remain productive, safe, and on task throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out roofing work including repairs, installations, and maintenance
Ensure junior team members are working efficiently and safely
Follow all instructions from management
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Represent the company professionally on all job sites
Work to deadlines and deliver high‑quality results

Requirements

Proven experience as a roofer
Strong understanding of roofing systems, tools, and materials
Ability to supervise and guide junior staff
Good communication skills and a professional attitude
Full UK driving licence essential
