Full job description

We're looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and customer focused Cafe All Rounder to join our busy café team. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll support all areas of the café, from preparing exceptional coffee and serving customers to maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous cafe/deli experience, be confident working in a fast-paced setting and enjoy providing outstanding customer service. Barista experience is essential, with the ability to produce consistently high-quality coffee and latte art.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare high-quality coffee, tea and specialty beverages
Deliver friendly, efficient and professional customer service
Welcome customers and create a warm, inviting atmosphere
Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
Serve food and drinks promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the café
Restock ingredients, supplies and display areas
Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures
Assist with opening and closing duties
Support colleagues across all areas of the business during busy periods

What We're Looking For

Minimum 1 year of hospitality experience
Minimum 2 years of barista experience
Confident producing high-quality coffee and latte art
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Reliable, punctual and a strong team player
Flexible availability, including weekends
