Full job description

We are looking for a talented Bar Supervisor to join our team at MOTLEY.

The Role:

As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our bar team, ensuring smooth daily operations, and for delivering exceptional hospitality and unforgettable guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support bar staff to ensure excellent customer service.

Maintain bar inventory and stock levels, placing orders as needed.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.

Train and mentor new and existing bartenders.

Assist in creating and updating the drinks menu.

Handle cash, process payments, and manage till operations.

Monitor customer experience and address any issues promptly.

Work closely with management to improve bar efficiency and profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Bar Supervisor, Head Bartender, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and spirits.

Leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
