The Role

We are looking for experienced customer services representatives that have a passion for customer service, and understand the impact environmentally friendly waste solutions have on the environment.

Job Description

Deliver exceptional Customer service 100% of the time when engaging with Customers, via telephone, email and web-based portals, in a timely manner.
Deal with enquiries to resolve any service issues or complaints and ensuring this is recorded on the CRM.
Identify repetition of service failures and take ownership by engaging with Customers and internal colleagues to find workable solutions to permanently resolve the issue and oversee the implementation.
Escalate Customer service issues as and when required to the Transport Supervisor or Senior Customer Service Supervisor.
Provide timely updates to the Customers of the outcome to any investigations and request any associated credits, where required.
Action Customers service requests for ad-hoc / non-permanent changes.
Ensure Customer Service objectives & targets are actively managed on a day to day basis.
Provide support where possible to Query Resolution or Admins Support, where workload demands require assistance.
