Multi-Skilled Tradesperson (Plasterer + Bricklayer / Joiner / Decorator)

- Salary / Rates: £35,000 - £50,000 (Dependent on experience) OR £150 - £200 per day (CIS / Sub-contractor)
- Overtime: Generous, heavily incentivised overtime rates

Forget doing the exact same repetitive task day after day. In this role, you’ll own the project. You will always lead with your Plastering expertise, but you’ll have the freedom and variety to flex your other skills depending on the phase of the build:
- Your Core Strength: Flawless plastering—skimming, rendering, drylining, and patching.
- Your Second Passion (We just need you to excel in ONE of these):
- Option A (Brickwork): Opening up structural spaces, building extensions, or neat repointing.
- Option B (Joinery): First and second-fix, hanging doors, setting up kitchens, and stud walls.
- Option C (Decorating): Taking the space to the finish line with high-end painting, woodwork prep, and wallpapering.

Who You Are:
- A time-served Plasterer who takes genuine pride in a perfect finish.
- Proficient enough in either Bricklaying, Joinery, or Decorating to work unsupervised and deliver a high standard.
- Reliable, tidy, and comfortable chatting with clients in their homes.
- Hold a full, clean UK driving license and your own basic tools (and UTR number if applying for CIS).
