Junior Operations Manager

The Operational Opportunity

As Junior Operations Manager, you will gain direct exposure to senior decision-making, working alongside consultants on business planning, performance tracking, and growth projects. This is not a passive role; you will receive structured internal coaching and mentorship, learning the mechanics of how a business scales while taking ownership of daily operational efficiency. You will be expected to identify process improvements, coordinate team activity, and represent the firm at professional events. Daily Responsibilities and Impact

The Junior Operations Manager will support the smooth running of various departments by focusing on the following areas:

Coordinating daily operational activities to ensure all business functions are aligned with company goals.
Monitoring and tracking performance data to identify areas for process improvement.
Supporting senior management with business planning, report preparation, and project execution.
Liaising with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear communication and professional service delivery.
Identifying bottlenecks in current workflows and suggesting commercially viable solutions.
Overseeing team coordination and ensuring that deadlines across different projects are met consistently.
Assisting with the onboarding of new operational processes as the business scales.
Representing the company at professional events and meetings when required.
