Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Car Dealership Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves engaging with prospective clients, managing sales processes, and providing exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for automobiles, and experience in sales management. The position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career within a reputable dealership environment, working with a diverse clientele and contributing to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
Present and demonstrate vehicles effectively, highlighting features and benefits
Manage the entire sales process from initial contact through to closing the deal
Upsell additional products such as warranties, insurance, and accessories to maximise sales opportunities
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through excellent communication and follow-up
Utilise B2B sales techniques to establish partnerships with corporate clients and fleet buyers
Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email, and in person with professional phone etiquette and organisational skills
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and improve overall dealership performance
Keep abreast of current market trends, vehicle features, and competitor offerings

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales or automotive sales management is highly desirable
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
Ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a customer-centric approach
A proactive attitude with a passion for automobiles and customer service excellence
Previous experience in sales management or team leadership is beneficial but not essential
