Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service in a welcoming environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. This role involves engaging with customers, managing orders, and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. Previous experience in hospitality or food service is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality are essential.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery
Serve food and drinks in line with health and safety standards
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
Operate the POS system efficiently
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
Support catering functions and special events as required
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless guest experience
Uphold high standards of hospitality, ensuring guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is preferred but not essential
Knowledge of food safety procedures is advantageous
Experience in restaurant service or barista roles is desirable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A friendly, professional demeanour with a strong customer focus
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings if required
A genuine interest in food, drink, and hospitality industry trends
