Full job description

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor that likes to be part of major national infrastructure projects?

The role:

As a Quantity Surveyor on an large project, you'll have full accountability for your packages. You'll be trusted to lead with commercial excellence, ensuring compliance, viability, and the highest industry standards.

What you'll be doing:

Leading Commercial Strategies: Take ownership of subcontract packages and work directly with the Commercial Lead to implement both internal and external tender strategies.
Managing Project Cashflow: Maximise project cashflow through effective subcontract management.
Supporting Project Procurement: Drive procurement strategies with a focus on tender inquiries, package reconciliations, and production of subcontract orders.
Contract Reporting: Manage all aspects of pre and post-contract strategies and reporting, while working closely with customers and industry specialists.

Given the nature of this position, you will be required to undergo a (DBS) check at offer stage

What you will bring:

Solid experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally gained on large construction projects.
An appropriate qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or similar.
