Overview

I-Sub Digital Ltd are looking for a candidate to join our dynamic team as a Customer Services/Order Processor, where your enthusiasm and organisational skills will drive exceptional customer experiences! In this vital role, you will manage order processing, coordinate customer inquiries, and ensure seamless communication between our customers and suppliers. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help us deliver outstanding service while maintaining efficient administrative workflows. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced environment that values initiative and professionalism.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately using Sage software .
Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone or email, providing clear and helpful information.
Coordinate with sales teams, suppliers and warehouse staff to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Maintain detailed records of transactions, order statuses, and customer interactions for reporting purposes.
Utilise Microsoft Office tools—including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Manage administrative tasks related to sales administration and customer account updates efficiently.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or sales administration with strong organizational skills preferable.
Knowledge of Sage accounting software is a plus; experience with other IT systems is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal— these are essential for effective interaction with customers, suppliers and team members.
Strong computer skills combined with high levels of computer literacy and IT knowledge.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy.
Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred.
Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and processes with a proactive attitude.

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
