Join Our Team as a Senior Operator Manufacturing Operations!

Hours: 37.5 hours per week which will be worked on rotational Days & Evening shift pattern (and eventually Nightshift)

Salary: Competitive

In this role, you will be at the heart of our manufacturing process setting up and running operations like:

Dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, coating, encapsulation, and packaging of pharmaceutical products
Completing documentation to ensure product quality
Keeping equipment and rooms spotless and safe
Staying on top of your training and compliance
Performing in-process checks to maintain high standards

With a clear progression pathway in place, you will be able to progress through the grade structure as you gain more experience. Whether youre aiming for technical mastery or leadership, well help you get there.

No pharma experience? No problem.

Basic mathematical skills to compute quantities and or production yield

Good ability in reading instructions in batch documentation to be able to clearly complete quality documentation during manufacture.

Display flexibility and adaptability, comfortable with the need to adjust to evolving situations to deliver for our clients and patients awaiting new therapies.
