THIS IS A 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT PART TIME OPPORTUNITY IN MARLOW

Join our Property & Workplace Team as a Receptionist

We seek a Receptionist who embodies a cheerful demeanour and can create a welcoming first impression for Softcat. A Receptionist is a cultural ‘ambassador' who lives and promotes Softcat values every day. They always offer excellent customer service and create a great place to work or visit for employees and guests alike. This is an onsite role based in our head office in Marlow.

As a Receptionist you'll be responsible for:

Reception Duties such as front of house, customer, guest and vendor greeting and always ensuring a welcoming reception area.
Event Support and Experience: Assisting local departments and partners with delivering fantastic, engaging, employee focused events.
Support delivery of FM-related operational activities working in partnership with third-party service providers and in-house teams to meet the business and occupancy needs.
Assist the Workplace manager with the delivery of hard services i.e., HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical. Facilitate and undertake ad-hoc daily event requests by local departments.
Ensure Fire Warden, First Aid and Manual Handling lists etc; are up to date and adequate cover is maintained. Ensure signage is correct, compliant, and updated i.e., Fire, maintenance, etc,

Excellent customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively through Microsoft Office suite
Highly organised and resourceful
Good oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
