About the Role
We are looking for a Deputy Manager who wants to train to become a Registered Manager or an existing RM looking for a change.

You will be supported by your own Deputy Manager and a team of Senior Carers, who also assist with administrative responsibilities. In addition, our wider Group team—including Area Managers, Quality Assurance, and HR—are on hand to ensure new managers have the resources and guidance needed to succeed.
