Join Our Team!

The Boiler Repair Man is a friendly, family-run heating and boiler repair company looking for a reliable and organised Office Administrator to help keep our busy office running smoothly.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Managing engineers’ diaries and scheduling appointments.
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer enquiries.
Preparing and sending invoices.
Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate records.
Organising paperwork and maintaining office filing systems.
Ordering office supplies when required.
Liaising with customers, suppliers and engineers.
Assisting with general administration and the day-to-day running of the office.
Updating customer records and ensuring information is accurate.
Supporting the business owner with additional administrative tasks as required.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
Friendly, professional and confident speaking with customers.
Able to work independently and use their initiative.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and email systems.
Experienced in administration or office management (preferred but not essential).
Able to multitask in a busy environment with excellent attention to detail.
