Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/Wait Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic restaurant environment, contributing to memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with standard recipes and safety guidelines.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service to guests.
Provide attentive table service, including delivering food and drinks, checking on guest satisfaction, and handling special requests.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards.
Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts.
Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by monitoring guest behaviour and refusing service when necessary.
Assist in setting up the bar area before service and cleaning after closing hours.
Foster a welcoming environment by engaging with guests courteously and professionally.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Knowledge of food safety regulations is advantageous.
Strong serving skills with an emphasis on excellent customer care.
Good organisational skills to manage multiple tables efficiently during busy periods.
Basic maths skills for handling bills and cash transactions effectively.
Proven ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences while developing their skills within a supportive team environment.

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
