Blink Brow Bar is an established, founder‑led beauty brand with over 20 years of heritage and a clear growth agenda. As we continue to scale both our services and product businesses, we are strengthening our finance function to support smarter, faster commercial decisions.

Why this role matters

This is not a back‑office processing role. You will sit at the heart of a multi‑site retail and services business, supporting accurate reporting, strong cash control and disciplined financial operations as the business grows.

What you will be doing

You will support the Management Accountant and Head of Finance across the full day‑to‑day finance cycle, including:

Purchase and sales ledger processing, including weekly concession and wholesale invoicing
Cash management, expense processing, credit control and payment runs
Preparing VAT returns and supporting internal and external reporting
Resolving day‑to‑day finance queries across the business
Assisting with monthly management accounts up to trial balance
Supporting year‑end accounts preparation

What we are looking for

You will be comfortable working in a fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environment and take pride in accuracy and ownership.

Previous experience in a bookkeeping or finance assistant role
Strong Excel capability and confidence using Microsoft Office
Experience with accounting software, SAGE 50 Accounts desirable
High attention to detail with strong analytical skills
Able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines under pressure
Proactive, reliable and comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Confident communicator with the ability to build strong working relationships

Blink Brow Bar operates 15 brow bars across the UK, including stand‑alone salons and department store concessions. Alongside services, we design, produce and sell our own beauty products in‑store, online and via wholesale partnerships, with clear ambitions to grow this side of the business.
