Set within 110 acres of stunning woodland, parkland, and landscaped gardens, the hotel combines historic charm with contemporary luxury. As a prestigious four star hotel, we pride ourselves on offering exceptional service and a truly memorable experience to all our guests.

We are seeking a highly organised and professional Front Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, be proficient in data entry, and demonstrate excellent phone etiquette.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
Handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
Managing bookings, reservations, and inquiries (via phone, email, and in-person)
Providing guests with information and assistance throughout their stay
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth guest service
Handling guest complaints professionally and promptly

Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer-facing or receptionist role preferred (hotel experience is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong IT and administrative abilities (knowledge of Opera or similar systems is desirable)
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
A flexible approach to working hours, including weekends and holidays
