Job Overview
Luna Garden Rooms are seeking a skilled Painter & Decorator to join our team, specialising in painting finishes. The successful candidate will be responsible for transforming interior and exterior surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals , contributing to a variety of projects of different sizes individual settings.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, filling holes, and applying primers to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
Apply paints, stains, and other decorative finishes with precision and care.
Use specialised tools such as brushes, rollers, spray guns, safely and effectively.
Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and adherence to deadlines.
Maintain a clean work environment by organising tools and disposing of waste responsibly.
Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations at all times.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction painting or decorating roles.
Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between sites.
Strong communication skills in English to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
Knowledge of different types of paints, finishes, and decorating techniques.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail and colour accuracy is essential for delivering high-quality results. This role is ideal for dedicated professionals looking to apply their skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to diverse projects that enhance spaces through high attention to detail with speed in mind.
