Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sprayer specializing in Glass and Doors to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying protective coatings, paints, and finishes to glass panels and door frames, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and durability. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life while maintaining safety standards and efficiency throughout the fabrication process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where precision, mechanical aptitude, and teamwork are essential for success.

Duties

Prepare surfaces of glass and door components by cleaning, sanding, or masking to ensure optimal paint or coating adhesion.
Operate various hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment to apply finishes accurately and evenly.
Mix paints, primers, sealants, or other coatings using basic math skills to achieve the correct consistency and color matching.
Follow safety protocols diligently when handling chemicals, operating machinery, or working at heights.
Assist with fabrication tasks such as cutting, assembling, or welding components to meet project specifications.
Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse or fabrication site to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members on installation projects, ensuring proper alignment and finishing of glass panels and doors.
Perform deliveries and assist installations at times

Experience

Prior warehouse experience or background in construction painting is highly desirable.
Mechanical knowledge related to assembly, fabrication, or working with power tools is essential.
Familiarity with hand tools such as drills, sanders, brushes, or spray guns enhances performance in this role.
Basic math skills are necessary for mixing paints and measuring materials accurately.
Knowledge of safety procedures related to handling chemicals and operating machinery is important for maintaining a safe work environment.
