Overview

We are seeking an energetic and highly organized PA/Office Admin to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for property operations, providing exceptional administrative support while managing day-to-day property functions. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth property management, excellent tenant relations, and efficient administrative processes. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities

Manage all administrative tasks related to property operations, including data entry, record keeping, and correspondence.
Act as the main liaison between tenants, vendors, and service providers to coordinate maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly.
Utilize property management software such as GNB to update records, track rent payments, and generate reports efficiently.
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, providing information, scheduling appointments, and upselling additional services when appropriate.
Assist with leasing activities by supporting viewings, processing applications, and maintaining tenant files.
Support property inspections and coordinate repairs or upgrades as needed to maintain high standards.
Maintain organized office procedures to ensure smooth daily operations and timely communication across teams.

Requirements

Proven experience with office administration or property management roles.
Familiarity with GNB or similar property management software is highly desirable.
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships with tenants and vendors.
Previous experience in administrative roles within real estate or property management is preferred.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
A proactive attitude with a keen eye for upselling opportunities that benefit the property portfolio.
