Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team in Kent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe environment for our clients and their properties, aligning with our commitment to excellence in service.

This role is to cover sickness and holiday

Early indication averages 30 hours a week

Responsibilities

Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons at designated locations.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security.
Operate surveillance equipment including CCTV systems.
Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies.
Report any suspicious activities or incidents to management.
Maintain accurate logs of daily activities and incidents.
Provide first aid assistance when necessary.
Collaborate with local law enforcement as needed.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Security Officer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention techniques.
Certification in First Aid is preferred.
Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
