Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring guests receive exceptional service in a warm and friendly environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about catering, serving, and delivering memorable dining experiences. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred, but a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are equally valued. The position involves working in a dynamic setting where teamwork, food safety, and customer satisfaction are paramount.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
Assist with food preparation and presentation as required, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
Maintain knowledge of menu items, including catering options and special dietary requirements
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Handle payment transactions accurately and responsibly
Support barista duties if applicable, including preparing coffee and other beverages
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
Uphold the establishment’s standards of hospitality, professionalism, and cleanliness

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
Experience with food preparation or working in a restaurant environment is desirable
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, approachable manner
Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail and organisation
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
Personal presentation that reflects the professional image of our establishment
