Full job description

ROLE SUMMARY:

To provide efficient administration for After Sales. coordination and accurate job/project information to best maintain department workflow in line with customer and business expectation for the After Sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF ROLE:

- To provide administrative support for aspects of the After Sales department in a timely manner and to a high-quality standard.

- To prepare quotations for repairs following service visits

- Proactively follow up service quotations

- Provide initial introduction of the After sales department to client following new installation completion

- Update customer database as required to ensure current contact information is valid

- Interrogating customer database to identify lapsed customers to provide leads to sales managers

- Receiving and distributing incoming calls to the department answering customer queries.

- Act as a point of contact for clients, handling queries and ensuring timely responses

- Completing goods dispatch requests for UK and overseas deliveries, including providing delivery updates.

- Ensure that the processes within your control adhere to relevant company standards.

- Personal training and development to ensure personal and business success.

The jobholder may from time to time be required to undertake such other duties as the management may reasonably require.

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED WITHIN ROLE:

- A proactive and considered approach to problem solving.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective working relationships at all levels.

- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

- Excellent attention to detail and organization skills

- Information Technology Skills (Excel, Word, Office & Access).

- Proven team player who is willing to contribute effectively.

- Experience with customer databases, cleansing, updating.

In order to ensure that the jobholder is able to meet these requirements, training will be given in line with business objectives.
