Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing person to head the bar at Krafty Fine Drinks on a Friday & Saturday. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bar Staff member, you will be responsible for serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
Engage with customers, taking orders accurately and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
Monitor customer behaviour to ensure responsible service of alcohol and compliance with licensing laws.
Handle cash transactions efficiently, utilising basic math skills to process payments accurately.
Assist in maintaining inventory levels by restocking supplies as needed and reporting any shortages to management.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
Uphold food safety regulations by following proper hygiene practices at all times.

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash flow effectively.
Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.
Knowledge of craft beer preferred but not essential.
