Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Administrator to join our busy team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes and supporting our team with efficient office support. Your proactive approach will help maintain a productive work environment and contribute to our continued success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your administrative skills within a reputable electrical & plumbing services company.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including answering phones with professional etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Maintain organized filing systems for documents, contracts, and correspondence
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and Service m8 Job Management Software.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and service calls for field technicians and management
Coordinate communication between departments to ensure seamless workflow
Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering office supplies to keep the workspace efficient

Skills

Proven administration experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong typing skills for efficient document preparation and correspondence
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining accuracy in all tasks
