Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional experienced Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic setting, contributing to the smooth operation of our bar and restaurant facilities.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with company standards.
Greet guests warmly and take their orders efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
Ensure all drinks are served promptly and accurately, adhering to food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent underage sales.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
Restock supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-equipped throughout service hours.
Assist in setting up for events or special occasions when required.
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to uphold hygiene standards.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations relevant to bar operations.
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Effective communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Knowledge of various beverages and cocktail preparation is a plus but not essential. This role offers an engaging environment where you can enhance your hospitality expertise while providing outstanding service to our guests.
