Location: Hayes

Duration: Temporary

Type of site: Corporate site

Pay: £12.71 / hour

Shift Patterns:

Monday to Sunday - 07:00 hours to 19:00 hours on 4on, 4off basis, average of 42 hours per week.

Monday to Friday - 07:00 hours to 19:00 hours, average of 60 hours per week.

Job Overview

An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Security Officer to join our team at one of our sites located in Hayes.

This is a full-time role.

Holiday and sickness cover may be required therefore all interested applicants need to be fully flexible in their approach and attitude.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Security Manned Guarding Services.
Access/Egress Control Duties.
Regular/Irregular Site Inspection Patrols of the Assignment.
Performing regular Health and Safety checks.
Regular and accurate report writing.
Dealing with First Aid situations as and when they arise.
Proactive interaction with the client & their staff, visitors to the site as well as contractors; ensuring that superior customer service is always provided.
Dealing with enquiries and reporting any issues on site.
Covering all required security related duties as and when required.
Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.

To succeed in this role, you will need the following:

· Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.

· DS SIA licence

· Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history.

· Proof of right to work and live in the UK.

· Very smart with an excellent command of the English language

· Able to work independently to provide support to our client and the team.

· Approachable, diplomatic, reliable.

· Ability to think ‘Outside the Box’ – when applicable.

· Flexible and willing to learn new procedures.

This vacancy is immediate start subject to 5-year vetting; interviews will be scheduled at the earliest at our Hounslow Head Office.
