Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Kitchen Event Staff to join our team for a variety of upcoming events. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality and management sectors, providing vital support to ensure the success of each event. The ideal candidate will possess strong guest service skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in dynamic environments. All positions are paid, reflecting the importance of your contribution to our events.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with event registration and seating arrangements
Provide exceptional guest services, addressing enquiries and ensuring a positive experience
Support event management with setup, organisation, and breakdown activities
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the event space
Manage crowd control and ensure safety protocols are adhered to at all times
Assist with managing event logistics, including equipment handling and coordination with vendors
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless event execution
Handle any unforeseen issues professionally, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills

Requirements

Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanour
Ability to work effectively under pressure in fast-paced environments
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during peak event times as required
A proactive approach with a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service
Must be able to stand for extended periods and carry out physical tasks as needed
