Full job description

Overview
We are a busy independent garage carrying out MOT testing, servicing, diagnostics, repairs, tyres, air conditioning, timing belts/chains, and general vehicle maintenance on a wide range of vehicles.

This is a great opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking workshop that is investing heavily in equipment, systems, and the future of the business.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a vehicle technician/mechanic
Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
MOT testing licence (preferred but not essential)
Diagnostic experience beneficial
UK Driving licence
Good attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to work well within a team

Key responsibilities

Carry out vehicle servicing and repairs to manufacturers requirements
Repairs to steering, suspension and braking systems
Timing belt and clutch replacements
Carry out diagnostics on electrical and mechanical systems
Ensuring all work completed efficiently while maintaining a high standard
support other technicians where required
Maintain accurate job records
