Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Gardeners to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis with an immediate start. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about gardening, horticulture, and landscape maintenance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are healthy, attractive, and well-kept. Whether you are looking for flexible hours or a full-time position, this role provides valuable experience in garden care and landscape management.

Responsibilities

Use hand tools such as secateurs, spades, and rakes to maintain gardens and outdoor spaces
Operate power tools including lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, and leaf blowers safely and effectively
Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure proper watering of plants
Plant new flora, including flowers, shrubs, and trees, following horticultural best practices
Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing lawns, pruning, weeding, and mulching
Monitor plant health and identify potential pests or diseases for appropriate action
Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing debris and ensuring tools are stored properly
Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards

Requirements

Experience in gardening or horticulture is highly desirable
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and irrigation systems
Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques and plant care
Growing experience or background in horticulture will be advantageous
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Good organisational skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
A valid driver’s licence is preferred but not essential
