Full job description

Sure City is a UK based, privately owned security company, established in 2007. We specialise in providing licensed security personnel for luxury brands. Due to the growth of the company, we are looking for a part -time enthusiastic administration and invoicing assistant to join the team. The role requires support in the following areas:

Employee Records and HR Administration

Maintain employee records, including contact details, SIA licence details, right-to-work documents and training records.
Assist with onboarding new security officers.
Assist with preparing and updating staff rotas.
Check timesheets against scheduled shifts.
Help prepare payroll information for review.

Client Support

Assist with client communications in a professional manner.
Help maintain site assignment instructions and client documentation.

Compliance and Operations Support

Assist with maintaining compliance records, including SIA licenses, training certificates, insurance documents, and company policies.
Help prepare documents for audits, client reviews, and internal checks.
Maintain incident reports and key handover forms.
Ensure confidential information is handled securely and professionally.

Invoicing and Finance Support

Assist with preparing invoice information, including hours worked, extra cover, and chargeable shifts.
Maintain organised records of invoices, purchase orders, and payment-related documents.

General adminstration support

Arranging travel
Other related administration tasks as required

Skills and Experience Required

Previous administration and invoicing experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general office systems.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information.
Preferred - Experience using workforce management systems such as Deputy, Timegate, or similar.
Experience preparing reports, worksheets, or client documents.

This is a remote working job although occasional travel to London may be required. We can offer flexibility with regard to working hours. Ideally looking for someone within an hour from Newtown, Powys.

Pay: £16.00-£18.00 per hour

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Newtown (Powys, Wales, Wales)
