We are seeking a motivated ,reliable and trustworthy Semi Skilled Labourer to join our team.

Duties

assisting with a variety of labouring tasks
Prepare work areas by cleaning, organizing materials, and setting up tools and equipment
Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately
Help with site clean up and waste removal to maintain a safe working environment
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

Basic knowledge of construction
Experience with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working at heights if required
Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
Previous experience in general labouring or similar role is preferred
Able to work well independently and part of a team
Must have Full driving licence (essential due to driving a company van)

Pay: £13.50 per hour
