Are you versatile and thrive on achieving outstanding results with a passion for property? We are looking for a vibrant full time Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team and play a key role in helping our clients find their dream home.

We believe in creating experiences that go beyond transactions, making us a trusted name in the estate agency industry.

Position: Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Location: Commute between branches

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday with weekend availability

Responsibilities:

Conduct property viewings, providing guidance and insights to potential buyers and tenants
Generate new business and source new properties.
Regular follow up with clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers.
Showcase properties to potential buyers and tenants through effective communication.
Involvement in tenancy move-in process
Negotiate offers between parties to achieve the best outcomes for all involved
Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry updates.

Requirements:

Experience in Estate Agency or Sales preferred but not essential as full training will be given for the right candidate.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Must have IT skills and attention to detail.
Be well presented and well spoken
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experience
Excellent communication, great telephone manner with a can-do attitude
Strong organisational skills and time management
Full, clean driving license.
