Full job description

We're looking for a friendly, organised receptionist to be the first point of contact for our Motherwell premises.

Day to day you'll be greeting customers, handling payments, managing bookings through our online booking system, and answering calls and queries. It's a busy, customer-facing role and the right person will be confident, presentable, and comfortable working independently.

Full training provided.

What you'll be doing:

Meeting and greeting customers
Managing appointments via booking system
Taking payments
Answering phones and handling general enquiries
Keeping the front of house running smoothly

What we're looking for:

Strong communication skills
Comfortable with basic computer systems
Professional, warm, and reliable
Previous reception or customer-facing experience preferred but not essential

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Start date: 14th June 2026

Pay: £24,784.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

Motherwell, North Lanarkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
