Are you a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Solicitor or an experienced non-qualified conveyancer? Then we want to hear from you!

We are looking for conveyancers who want to deliver fantastic service to their clients and introducers. If that sounds like you, read on to see why you should come and work with us.

One of the ways we do this is to make sure caseloads are kept at a level that enables you to have the time to stay in control and do a great job for your clients. We don’t just do this some of the time, it’s a core part of our business model.

Who are we looking for?

Self motivated individuals with:

A strong desire to offer first in class service
Fantastic communication skills, and a proactive, forward thinking attitude combined with sound technical expertise enabling you to deal with a wide range of clients and transaction types
A minimum of 3 years residential conveyancing experience running your own varied caseload
Experience of using case management systems would be useful but training will be provided

What's the role?

Run your own caseload of mixed files, including freehold, leasehold, unregistered, shared ownership, transfers of equity, new build and semi-rural properties (with support and training where needed)
You will have the support of our administrative team members, who will work closely alongside you on all of your matters but you will remain in control of and responsible for your own contract issue, enquiries, title checking, exchanges, completions and registrations.
Whilst it’s great if you’re already qualified, if you’ve got the right experience and attitude, we don’t necessarily need you to be (although if it’s something you want to consider in future, we may be able to help you with that too).

We know that for you to be able to deliver at that level, there are only so many clients you can deal with at any one time. So our caseloads are comfortably below a standard residential conveyancing caseload, giving you a full work-life balance!

Following your initial period with us, we will help build your own tailored development plan, supported by the strength and experience of our leadership team. We offer a wide range of development opportunities.

Salary & Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of between £35,000.00 - £50,000.00 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer private medical insurance.
