Finance Director - NCF Living
Location: Coleshill, Birmingham – 100% on-site
Salary: £70,000–£90,000 + Annual Performance Bonus
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday

About NCF Living

NCF Living is a successful and fast-growing UK furniture retailer with stores nationwide and ambitious plans for continued growth and expansion.

We are looking for a commercially focused Finance Director to join our senior leadership team and play a key role in supporting the continued growth of the business.

The Role

This is a hands-on role with full responsibility for the finance function, working closely with the Owner and senior leadership team to drive performance, improve profitability and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the finance function, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.
Provide commercial insight to support decision-making and improve business performance.
Oversee financial controls, compliance and governance.
Monitor profitability, margins, costs and overall financial performance.
Partner with operational teams to drive performance across our store network.
Support strategic planning, growth initiatives, new store openings and investment decisions.
Lead and develop the Finance team.

About You

Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role, such as Finance Director or Head of Finance.
Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
Strong understanding of financial controls, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting.
Confident working closely with senior stakeholders and influencing business decisions.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Essential Requirements

Strong Sage experience.
Proven B2C retail experience.
Experience working within a high-growth business.
Multi-site retail experience is highly desirable.

Pay: £70,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
