Accounts Administrator

Full-time | Office-based

We’re looking for a strong, experienced Accounts Administrator to join a busy finance team.

This is a hands-on, all-round role. It would suit someone who enjoys working across different areas of accounts, is confident managing customer accounts, and is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

This is not a management accounting or senior finance role, we are looking for someone who is practical, organised, and experienced in day-to-day transactional finance.

The Role

You’ll be a key part of the accounts team, supporting across multiple areas, including:

Maintaining and reconciling customer accounts
Resolving queries with customers and internal teams
Supporting purchase ledger and processing invoices
Assisting with payment runs and reconciliations
Providing general support across the finance function

This is a varied role where you’ll be expected to take ownership of your work and contribute across the team.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone with solid, hands-on accounts experience across multiple areas, with a focus on purchase ledger.

You will:

Have good all-round accounts experience with a focus on purchase ledger
Be confident working in a busy, high-volume environment
Have strong attention to detail
Be organised, proactive and reliable
Be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

This role is best suited to someone who enjoys being hands-on in accounts and part of a supportive team environment.
