Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Retail Manager to lead our retail operations including our ecommerce and social selling platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily store activities, driving sales performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong management and leadership skills to contribute to the growth and success of our retail business.

Duties

Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase store profitability and market share.
Monitor sales performance, analyse data, and prepare reports for senior management.
Manage stock levels, organise stock replenishment, and oversee visual merchandising standards.
Handle escalated customer queries or complaints promptly and professionally.
Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. We are in the luxury goods market so an understanding of this sector is an advantage.
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns effectively.

Requirements

Proven management experience within a retail and online environment, ideally in a senior or supervisory role.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to analyse sales data, manage accounts and utilise insights to improve store performance.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends if required.
A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to lead a retail team towards achieving excellence while fostering a positive shopping environment for customers.

Pay: £29,543.31-£40,000.00 per year
