Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and professional Corporate Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organisation. In this vital role, you will create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and staff by managing front desk operations with enthusiasm and efficiency. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth daily operations, coordinate communications, and support administrative functions that keep our office running seamlessly. Responsibilities

Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and direct them appropriately to ensure a friendly and professional atmosphere
Answer incoming phone calls promptly, using excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries or route calls efficiently
Manage front desk activities including signing in visitors, issuing visitor badges, and maintaining visitor logs
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace as needed
Support administrative duties such as scheduling bookings, organising files, and handling mail distribution
Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and organised
Assist with clerical tasks including typing correspondence, updating contact lists, and supporting other team members as required

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry software
Prior administrative experience demonstrating effective multitasking and time management abilities
Strong phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all times
Knowledge of clerical procedures such as filing, photocopying, and record keeping
Ability to type quickly and accurately to support various administrative tasks
Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
