Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Content Creator & Manager to elevate our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. In this role, you will craft engaging content, develop innovative social media strategies, and manage daily operations to connect with our audience authentically. Your energy and passion for digital storytelling will inspire followers, foster community engagement, and enhance brand visibility. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital voice and make a meaningful impact through compelling content.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative social media campaigns that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
Create high-quality, engaging content including images, videos, stories, and posts tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Manage daily social media activities by scheduling posts, monitoring interactions, responding to comments, and engaging with followers to build a vibrant online community.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, PR, and design to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
Track performance metrics using social media management tools; analyze data to optimize content strategy and improve engagement rates.
Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our social media presence fresh and innovative.
Oversee public relations efforts related to social media campaigns by managing influencer partnerships and media outreach when appropriate.

Qualifications

Proven experience in social media content creation with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Some Videography and editing experience will be favoured.
Some Photography Skills and experience will be advantageous.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
Knowledge of public relations principles and best practices for managing brand reputation online.
Proficiency in social media management tools.
Strong understanding of analytics platforms like Google Analytics or platform-specific insights to measure campaign effectiveness.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.

This paid role is perfect for passionate individuals eager to grow their expertise in digital marketing while making a real difference in how brands connect with their communities online!

The position will start off as three days per week but will go full-time in due course. Working days can be flexible. Salary will be dependent on experience and skill levels.
