Imagine helping people join, grow and thrive at Splendid.
As our Talent & Learning Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our People team, supporting every stage of the employee journey. From creating a seamless candidate experience and helping us attract great talent, to coordinating learning programmes that keep our teams compliant, confident and developing their careers, you'll play a key role in shaping how our people experience Splendid.
Working across our Hotels, Care, QSR and Group functions, no two days are the same. One day you'll be coordinating interviews, onboarding and recruitment activity, and the next you'll be organising training, managing learning records and ensuring our colleagues have access to the development opportunities they need to succeed.
This is a varied, hands-on role that combines Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, making it ideal for someone who loves organisation, enjoys building relationships and thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
The role is typically split across Learning & Development coordination (around three days a week) and Talent Acquisition support (around two days a week), giving you the opportunity to build experience across two key areas of the People function.
For the right person, this is more than just a coordination role. It's a genuine opportunity to develop a broad People career within a growing team, with real scope to learn new skills, take on greater responsibility and progress as the function continues to evolve.
This is a hybrid role based at our Head Office in Watford, with an expectation of 3 - 4 days per week on-site. You’ll also have the opportunity to travel across our locations when needed.
