Full job description

Job Role: Administrator- Ground Rent

Location: New Milton

Hours: 35 hours per week- Monday to Friday

Salary: 25,000 per annum plus benefits

This role reports to the Client Asset Finance Manager as part of the wider Estates Finance department.

Main Responsibilities

Processing of all required demands to customers
Reconciling the client accounts and posting of receipts to our database
Assisting with payments to clients and production of client statements
Running monthly system routines
Maintenance of data held for owners
Calculating rent reviews in line with lease terms
Timely resolution of queries in accordance with SLA’s
Any other ad-hoc duties as required within the Business Services function

Skills and Experience

Strong customer focus
Good team player
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Numerate
Computer literacy (particularly Excel) is essential
Accurate with strong attention to detail
Use of initiative in problem solving
Flexible approach
Positive attitude
Ability to multitask
