Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and professional atmosphere.
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain the reception area’s organisation.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Provide information about the organisation's services and respond to inquiries from clients.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and communication.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
