About the Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused Lettings Administrator to join our busy and friendly team. This is a varied role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our office, ensuring a high standard of service is provided to tenants, applicants, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with enquiries professionally.
Booking and coordinating property viewings.
Responding to emails promptly and efficiently.
Assisting the Office Manager with property management queries.
Arranging maintenance and repairs with contractors.
Referencing prospective tenants.
Preparing, sending, and completing tenancy documentation.
Ensuring compliance documents are accurate and kept up to date.
Maintaining and updating all internal systems and records.
Providing general administrative support to the office.

What We're Looking For

Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritise workload and work well under pressure.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM/property management software.
Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
Previous experience within lettings, property, estate agency, or administration is desirable but not essential.
