Full job description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our team. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our trampoline park, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily operations of the trampoline park
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Train and develop staff members to provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Overseeing all types of events from Kids Parties to Monthly Party Nights
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with food preparation and service when necessary

Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality industry is preferred but not esstentional
- Strong knowledge of food production
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven experience in team management and leadership roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
