Full job description

Saville Dental is a family ran, 4 surgery practice located in Newcastle City Centre. We are looking for an enthusiastic front of house receptionist/Decontamination assistant to join our longstanding and hardworking team.

As a Dental Receptionist/Decontamination Assistant you will work closely with the full dental team to provide exceptional patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with Decontamination and sterilization of dental instruments, ensuring a clean and sterile environment, maintaining patient records, booking and amending patient appointments, processing external patient referrals , among other general reception/admin duties.

We would really like someone with:

- Great communication and interpersonal skills

- The ability to work on your own initiative

- Excellent organisational skills

- Flexibility and capability to work well with others

This role will mostly involve reception duties, knowledge of R4 operating systems would be useful but it is not essential as training will be provided.

Working hours between - Monday to Thursday 8:00-5:30, Friday 8:00-4:30.

Annual leave - 28 days including BH, loyalty days for extended service.

Hiring due to expansion.

Rate of pay to be discussed at interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £8.00-£12.71 per hour
