Full job description

The Role

We’re looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join our growing sales team as an Outbound Sales Advisor.

This is a target-driven outbound sales role where you’ll engage with business decision-makers, generate new opportunities and build your own pipeline of qualified prospects for energy contracts.

Previous experience in B2B energy sales is beneficial but not essential. We’re also keen to speak with people from strong sales backgrounds including B2B sales, B2C sales, car sales, telecommunications, fundraising, outbound calling, door-to-door sales or other high-performance environments.

If you’re confident on the phone, motivated by progression and genuinely hungry to succeed financially and professionally, we can teach you the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential business clients through outbound calling
Generate and qualify new business opportunities
Build rapport with decision-makers and understand business needs
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Work closely with our Pricing Specialists to progress opportunities
Manage and develop your own pipeline and client base
Keep CRM systems fully updated with accurate lead information
Represent the business professionally at all times

Full training is provided alongside ongoing support, development, and clear progression opportunities.

Up to 25% uncapped commission (starting at 10% from the first pound, 15% when target is hit, and 20% when target is doubled)
Commission paid monthly in arrears
Salary reviews every 3 months, with increases between £3,000–£5,000 based on consistent KPI performance

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in sales, customer-facing, or target-driven environments
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence speaking with customers and decision-makers
Fluent spoken and written English is essential
A proactive, resilient, and motivated attitude
The ability to work towards targets and KPIs
Good organisation and computer skills
A willingness to learn, improve and develop within a fast-growing business
