Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will oversee clinical operations, coordinate patient care plans, and lead a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional nursing services. Your expertise will ensure that residents receive tailored care that respects their dignity and promotes their quality of life.

Duties

Lead and supervise nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care and safety
Develop, implement, and review individualized care plans for residents with complex neurological needs
Coordinate multidisciplinary team efforts to optimize recovery and wellbeing outcomes
Administer medications accurately and monitor patient responses in accordance with medical protocols
Oversee documentation processes, including patient records, incident reports, and care assessments
Provide guidance on dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice support, and managing individuals with disabilities
Facilitate staff training on topics such as anatomy knowledge, medication administration, and specialized care techniques

Experience

Proven experience working in assisted living or nursing home environments with a focus on senior or complex needs care
Demonstrated supervisory or team management experience within healthcare settings
Extensive background in dementia care, Alzheimer's care, hospice care, or ICU environments is highly desirable
Knowledge of case management principles and home care practices
Familiarity with laboratory procedures and medical imaging relevant to neurological conditions
Strong understanding of anatomy, medication protocols, and patient safety standards
Experience working with children or toddlers with disabilities is a plus but not mandatory
