Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong leadership qualities and a passion for building long-term partnerships within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
Lead negotiations and close sales deals to meet organisational targets
Analyse market trends and client data to identify new business opportunities
Utilise Salesforce to manage client information, track sales activities, and generate reports
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative team environment
Prepare detailed proposals, presentations, and sales forecasts for senior management
Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty

Skills

Proven experience in B2B sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
Strong analysis skills to interpret data and develop strategic plans
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing or mentoring teams
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present confidently to clients and stakeholders
Organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously under tight deadlines
A proactive approach with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
