Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Self-Employed Plasterer / Multi Trader to join our growing team working on a long-term social housing voids contract.

This is a full-time, ongoing opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality work, works efficiently, and can manage their own workload.

Responsibilities

Skimming and patch plastering to a high standard.
Carrying out general multi-trade repairs, including:
Basic carpentry
Plumbing repairs
Tiling
Painting & decorating
General property maintenance
Preparing void properties ready for new tenants.
Working independently and meeting agreed deadlines.
Maintaining excellent standards of workmanship and health & safety.

Requirements

Proven experience as a plasterer with multi-trade skills.
Own van and full set of tools.
Full UK driving licence.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable, professional, and customer-focused.
CSCS card preferred but not essential.
